On December 4, 2024, the Telemedicine Education Advancement project consortium convened via Zoom to discuss critical updates and planning. Here’s a summary of the key points:

🌐 Agenda Highlights:

• Progress on WP3: Developing micro-credentials in telemedicine, including curricula creation and material translation into six languages.
• WP4: Finalizing project website updates and discussing dissemination plans.
• Financial and reporting updates, including clarifications on lump sum and real-cost reporting.

💡 Key Decisions and Updates:

• The WP2 deliverables are complete, and the materials are to be uploaded to the project website.
• Each partner will create three training modules with three units, expected by February 2025.
• A digital poster for dissemination is underway using Canva.
• Certificates for course completion will require full participation in all activities.

📢 Challenges and Solutions: Partners voiced concerns about transitioning from lump sum to real-cost reporting, particularly legal challenges in some countries. Colleagues from FIS  reassured continued communication with the national agency to address these issues.
