TEAM Project Consortium Advances WP3 and Sets Key Deadlines in December Strategic Meeting

On December 4, 2024, the Telemedicine Education Advancement project consortium convened via Zoom to discuss critical updates and planning. Here’s a summary of the key points:

๐ŸŒ Agenda Highlights:

  • Progress on WP3: Developing micro-credentials in telemedicine, including curricula creation and material translation into six languages.
  • WP4: Finalizing project website updates and discussing dissemination plans.
  • Financial and reporting updates, including clarifications on lump sum and real-cost reporting.

๐Ÿ’ก Key Decisions and Updates:

  • The WP2 deliverables are complete, and the materials are to be uploaded to the project website.
  • Each partner will create three training modules with three units, expected by February 2025.
  • A digital poster for dissemination is underway using Canva.
  • Certificates for course completion will require full participation in all activities.

๐Ÿ“ข Challenges and Solutions: Partners voiced concerns about transitioning from lump sum to real-cost reporting, particularly legal challenges in some countries. Colleagues from FIS  reassured continued communication with the national agency to address these issues.
