Objective

The primary objective of Work Package N°1: Project Management is to ensure effective management and monitoring of project resources to maintain high quality and adherence to timelines.

Methodology

Utilizing the DEMING quality cycle, the project activities are planned, executed, revised, and improved. This cyclical approach ensures continuous enhancement of the project processes.

Staff Involvement

Senior staff members from each participating organization are responsible for coordinating activities at the organizational level. Each partner organization appoints a senior staff member to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to project goals.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Daily internal monitoring activities are conducted by senior staff members to ensure compliance with project actions and deadlines. Formal evaluations are carried out at different stages, involving associated partners and the steering committee to ensure unbiased peer-review and revision of deliverables.

Tools

The use of a Gantt Chart aids in tracking progress and assessing compliance with the timeline. This helps in making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track and ensure that deliverables meet the required standards and align with the project’s overall goals.
