Objective

The objective of Work Package N°2: Telemedicine Education And Industry Partnership Mapping is to create a comprehensive, transnational evaluation aimed at identifying key training gaps in the telemedicine and digital health sectors.

Methodology

This evaluation involves the development of a common methodology to analyze and compare data across different countries. This methodology will ensure that findings are robust and comparable, facilitating the identification of training gaps and innovative teaching methods.

Analyses

The in-depth analysis will include five country-specific reports (Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Romania, and Ukraine) and one European-level report. These analyses will highlight effective learning and teaching methodologies and pinpoint primary training gaps.

Executive Summary

The findings from the country and European analyses will be summarized in an executive summary. This summary will provide essential insights and recommendations that will inform the development of curricula and training materials in WP3, ensuring they are aligned with industry needs and labor market expectations.

The work package aligns education and training with labor market needs, creating student-focused, outcome-driven curricula to minimize skill gaps and boost employ-ability.
